Clyde Shelton family is brutally murdered. Responsible are caught. However, due to improper procedure, DA, Nick Ross is only an indication. So he decides to get one of them to testify against the other. When Shelton finds out that it is not happy. Ten years later, the one who gave out, but something goes wrong, it's evil and its execution suffers. They learn that someone has tampered with the machine. And the other was found dead, killed in horror. Ross Shelton suspect, so he has chosen. Initially Shelton agrees to plea this arrangement with rice, but he changes his mind. Shelton does not seem to feel guilty the whole system and has declared war on all that is involved in his family. So Ross got to stop him, but Shelton's way into the net.
