Clyde Sheltons family brutally murdered. The perpetrators are caught. However, due to improper procedures, DA Nick Rice has only circumstantial evidence. So he decided to get one of them to testify against the others. If Shelton learns that he is not happy. Ten years later, he was convicted of running, but something goes wrong, its performance goes awry, and he suffers. They learn that someone broke into the car. A second was found dead, killed in a horrible way. Rice suspects Shelton, so it is. First Shelton agrees plea agreement with the rice, but changed his mind. It seems that Shelton did not do it, he seems to blame the system and declares war on him to go after all the participants of the event with their families. So Rice to stop, but Shelton is far ahead of him.
